This traditional Ranch-Styled, constructed in 1956, only needed slight renovations to embrace some of its historical features and need for larger space. Some additions included: 

•  An elevated living room ceilings, and the 

• additional master bedroom, closet, and bathroom 

Creating a bright and airy feel that complements well with all of the original large windows throughout the home. The nicely kept original hardwood floors lead to 3 sizable bedrooms and the largest addition to the home, which is the master bedroom. Within the master bedroom, there was also an added walk-in closet, which is a rare find for homes this age. Also, an added utility room from the kitchen created a more functional layout for future home users.
